About us

Costi and Elizabeth Keenan are serving in Bucharest, Romania, and are the founders of Refuge Center Romania (aka Keenan Refuge Ministries). The purpose behind Refuge Center is to minister to boys and girls that live in the state orphanages of Bucharest, and to bring them a hope and future. Their prayer is to see these kids following Jesus one day. As they spend time with them on a regular basis, they pray that God will get a hold of their lives and transform them according to His purposes.

Prayer requests

• God to use us in people's lives; that we remain faithful to God's calling

• That God will protect and provide for us

• Our children, Anna Rose, Jasmine and Elsa Grace, will learn the language

• For the country of Romania, and for a Revival

• That we will always be open to what God has for us
